We are Jorge Real de la Barreda, Andrea Sancho Pardo, Ana Moreno Aceña, three very good friends since a long time. The thing we love most about our friendship is spending our Friday nights in a nice and enjoyable restaurant.

Is there anything better than spending a Friday night with good company, delicious food and live music?

Andrea and Ana studied Cuisine, in one of the best universities of the world. They have travelled learning about different foods, traditions… Nevertheless, Jorge studied Business Management, so he supervises, he hires the employees and controls that everything is in order.

They made the best team to create Gobon Eleganti!

Gobon Eleganti is located in Malta because it is the island where Jorge, Andrea and Ana celebrate their end-of-university trip. Since then, they fell in love with Malta.

Gobon Eleganti, is the best restaurant for those who like elegance and comfort. On the weekends you can enjoy your evening with sweet live music. Each weekend, we have a different international piano player to listen while enjoying a memorable dinner.

No matter what specialty you choose to taste, you are going to fell in love with all. Our chefs will surprise you with our special cuisine inspired in Malta. It has a wide variety of delicious dishes, prepared with high quality foods. Having a meal in our comfortable restaurant is a truly pleasant experience!

We also have a wide variety and styles of wine, including the famous Carbernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Chardonnay…

Public parking is available.

Private dining: Gobon Eleganti has a variety of options accessible for private dining, weddings, birthday parties and events. There is an option to take over the whole restaurant for you or use our special private dining room. 

 About our Logo

Our logo shows a cheese grater because almost all of our dishes are made with this ingredient. On the other hand, the colors we have chosen are red and gray. The color red symbolizes the power of our friendship and our passion for the good food and the color gray symbolizes the elegance of our Maltese restaurant, Gobon Eleganti.
